i also have log regarding the audiocodec problem... this is with versio 0.7 r236.... Thread name should be clearer and say it was about audiocodec problem or something. unfortunately i already started my own thread, but i might as well give link to my log file here www.tkk.fi/~oalapeij/myth/mythtvlog.txt

backend log seems to be same with videos that work =(
For some reason this time  it didnt go to loop but said "Error, you triggered a bug that we are currently trying to locate please upload logfile () to the bug forum (link) The video buffer is full, but there are no audio packets.

Subject: player 0.7.0 r236
*first the mythtv player window problem since it is quite easily to find. When you try to move video window of mythtv player in most cases (go fullscreen and then resize to normal size that seems to trigger it) it moves too fast and not the way it should. Tried with two computers other had intel gfx card and other had ati and operationg systems where vista premium and business both 64bit.

  • Most files that i have recoreded using mythtv 0.22 wont play correctly. Instead it plays video sometime (never know how long but you can tell that video is unwatchable if seeking doesn't work) and then it jumps at the beginning of the video (with out stopping it, it will stay in loop).  Jump to beginning also happens when you try to jump ahead in the video. Problem doesn't seem to affect videos that i have recorded with 0.21.

Im seriously thinking about going back to 0.21 because of these problems =(.


Thanks for continuing development this is simply the best  mythtv interface... mythtv´s own gui is good if you are using it with remote controller, but not so good with mouse and keyboard. Also mythtv player is much more clearer and easier = faster to use.

Subject: Multi dvb input problem
There is most likely bug of somesort because player cant choose free input if you have preffered recorder set to none and one recorder is in use (in my config this mean half of the recorders(5/10) are commited to one mux and other 5/10 are unused). 

i have dvb card that has two decoder card, but i could imagine this would also help people who have more than one dvb card and use multiplex.
