Better "always on top" behavior

Subject: Better "always on top" behavior
Request 1:  If "always on top" is selected, and then the video window is maximized, *disable* always on top.  It doesn't make sense for a maximized window to be always on top, as you can't get the control window (to pause/unpause video) to show!

Request 2:  If the video window is the UNmaximized, and "always on top" was previously selected (and overridden by maximizing the window), re-activate always on top.

Also, can there be an option to not disable audio when focus is on a different window?  Much of the benefit of this app is that I can watch something in the corner while working on something else.

Thanks for the player - it makes MythTV much more usable for me.
