Multi dvb input problem

Subject: Multi dvb input problem
There is most likely bug of somesort because player cant choose free input if you have preffered recorder set to none and one recorder is in use (in my config this mean half of the recorders(5/10) are commited to one mux and other 5/10 are unused). 

i have dvb card that has two decoder card, but i could imagine this would also help people who have more than one dvb card and use multiplex.
