Subject: Fullscreen issues
I'm using MythTV player, which is great by the way, on my laptop and I use my TV out as I prefer watching TV on an actual TV.

When I go full screen, it goes on my main monitor, no way to set it to my second monitor (my TV). It's a pain as I have to manually maximise the window and see the Windows blue bar at the top of my screen.

Is there any way to fix this? Add this feature to a new release or something ?

Cheers,

Mathieu

I already fixed this on trunk.

Please, try a trunk build. If you don't want to install the development environment, I can send you a compiled trunk version.

Linux,

how much work is it to backport this to 0.6? I see that eventually more than a few users would benefit from that..

The fix wasn't included in RC3 :(

Can you get me a compiled version from the trunk ?

Thanks!

In reply to post #6
and, to confuse you further, it has been also backported now. Sorry for not having it in RC3. It will definitely go into the final one.

Whilst I am not outputting to a TV I am using a secondary monitor and I can't get it to work on that, I am using version 0.7.0.r243. I believe this is the same as the OP posted about, if not let me know and I will start a new thread.

I am happy to test new version if necessary as I love this program and have tried to make suggestions in the past to make it better.

Girkers.
