Subject: Myth TV Player for Windows
Was watching the WC Final tonight but needed to pause for a while; came back and played from buffer no problem until it came to programme change time when I was prompted with that stupid "MIKE: Skip commercials" prompt; clicking NO in a fury, it then dropped the buffer taking me to real-time, by which I had missed the final whistle!!
To replicate:-
Example prog is from 18:00 to 19:00
Start watching example programme in Live TV mode
Pause for x minutes
When 19:00 arrives and "real time" programme has finished, player jumps to "real time" loosing buffer.
If you play the program back from recordings > live tv group you can watch the buffer but it will only take you up to 19:00, in the case of some sporting events, they go over time and so, because I was not watching the Live TV from 19:00 (I was watching the recording), it lost the vital few moments of the event.
