I would presonally love OSD, configurable hotkeys and an improved goodlooking GUI (Take dscaler if you'd need some ideas). I have no jitter issues whatsoever on 2 pc's (E4300 @ 2,6Ghz; E4300 @ 3Ghz; on gigabit) or laptop T7300 (2.0GHz) wireless using pre10 deinterlacing on.

Maybe one thing that could be nice, a script or w/e to run on backend that can check for crashed frontend clients (say a network cable gets plugged out), so that it can drop the tuner (almost) immediately.

One thing that may be harder to accomplish is combing alltogether. SO that it can recognise when it goes recording and efficiently uses 1 tuner instead of 3 when (example: say 2 clients view 'channel 1' Live and channel '1' is being recorded) This would sure be very useful, but I can imagine this'd be one of the hardest tasks to accomplish in development (if you like challenges :P).

Most of the things you are suggesting would be required to be implemented on the Backend and I can't see it happening in this program.

The auto release on disconnect would need to be implemented on the backend, however, the reusing a tuner would not have to be. The clients can gain information about what tuners are currently in use. The only issue I could see with that is when one person disconnects, the tuner will get released, so the other one would have to hurry and snatch it back so it doesn't stop playing.
