Finally there is a good mythtv player for my windows box, thanks for that :)
I would like to see a direct show interface in future versions. So i could use CoreAVC for watching HDTV channels encoded in H.264. Or tweaking picture quality via ffdshow.
Everything else works just fine.

Subject: Very nice!
MythTV Player is awesome. Very nice piece of software! Works perfectly

My suggestion... hmmm

1. Change channels on video player. Even a simple up/down channel would be nice.

2. Ability to watch/play Media library (my videos reside on a NAS (FreeNAS))

Again, top quality piece of work.

I realise this is probably something of a tall order but many channels I view use teletext for subtitles. It is a feature that works in MythTV and it would be a wonderful to have in this player as well.

On a side note I would like to thank you, Mikkel, for your efforts creating this application. It is widely used in my home and very much appreciated.

Subject: Next release?
After wasting almost a day trying to compile MythTV for windows I find that your mythtv player offers (almost) everything I need straight away. I can watch recordings and LiveTV works great.

One thing I would really like to see is the ability to select the audio channel for dual-language transmissions and recordings. It's in the OSD menu in mythfrontend.

Do you have this on your list for a future release? When do you plan to bring out a new release, it seems quiet this year?

Great program

Subject: Wrong version of Myth Protocol
The error message was :

Wrong version of Myth Protocol.
We want to speak version 15 to 31 while the Backend speaks version 40.

I modified the config.xml to accept protocol version 40, but the live TV does not start. Is there anything else to be done in order o achieve the Live TV?

... got the same complaint from 0.5.0 connecting to knoppmyth R5.5.  Is it because it's based on 0.20 instead of 0.21?

thanks
